Founded by the Chiocchetti family in 1960, La Fortezza restaurant offers the best   of Umbrian cuisine, featuring black truffles,flame-roasted game meats and specialty meats from Norcia. All dishes are prepared with   skill and love by Chef Guglielmo Chiocchetti, and served with care and courtesy, by his wife Tina and sons Luca and Lorenzo, in warm and welcoming surroundings.
