Appointed people who want to know how to cook well, with professional techniques, and that also develops this passion in their house and, because no, in meals of more companions at table.

The course has the objective to teach the basic techniques, outposts and new knowledge to be able to realise a great variety of prescriptions and preparations of traditional, regional, international and/or creative the kitchen.

The lovers of the kitchen will be able to learn the techniques of baking of foods, as making a good one to sauté or a filling, the sauce preparation and trimmings and, mainly, to know the more modern cooking techniques and to do it with the suitable utensils of kitchen.

If you want to learn to make a flavorful broth, some macaronis or some homemade croquettes, to cook a good rice, some meatballs with sepia, a fish to the furnace or to enjoy making a good dessert of chocolate… this are your course!

During the factory, of 2 hours of duration, 3 always different prescriptions will become: an entrant, a main plate and a dessert and, in the end, all together ones we will taste convenience food during the session.
